This site collects personal data only when you complete the contact form: your name, your email address, and the content of the message you send us.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal. Processing is based on your voluntary decision to contact us.

Recipients

Your data is never sold, shared or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It is accessible only to the WorkWiz staff handling your enquiry.

Retention period

Messages received are kept for 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted.

Third-party tools

The contact form is powered by the Contact Form 7 plugin. An anti-spam filter (Akismet) analyses submitted messages to detect automated submissions.

Audience measurement is provided by Google Analytics, connected to the site through the Site Kit by Google plugin. Data collected on this basis is processed by Google LLC and may be transferred outside the European Union.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@workwiz.io.

Cookies

This site uses Google Analytics to measure its audience. The tool places cookies on your device in order to produce visit statistics: pages viewed, time spent, traffic sources and device type. This data does not allow WorkWiz to identify you personally.

You can opt out of this audience measurement by installing the opt-out add-on provided by Google, or by configuring your browser to refuse cookies. Refusing analytics cookies does not affect how the site works.
